I was a three-sport athlete on my way to a Division one school until I blew out my knee in the summer of my senior year, which resulted in seven knee surgeries, including Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) and Lateral Meniscus reconstruction, infections, two torn tendons and right femoral nerve damage. My most recent surgery just occurred last month, for reconstruction of my Left Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) and I am still on Fat Vanish keeping the weight off. I tried to play at the colligate level, but it was just too much for my knee to handle. I started to gain weight because of not being on a sports team and not being active or taking care of my body, adding a total of 30 lbs in college. My weight continuously increased year after year until I gave up the battle. In 1999, I found FatVanish.com and I became excited again about the potential to lose weight. I was doing great on the Fat Vanish Life change until I had a major life hiccup and fell into some depression after a bad break-up. (You know how some of us women can be.) In January 2004 I was involved in a major car accident, which resulted in a herniated disc and annular tear in my back, but I found my way back to Fat Vanish regardless. I restarted on the Fat Vanish program on November 30, 2004, at the time weighing a hefty 225lbs with a 45 inch waist. I am proud to say that by changing my lifestyle to match the Fat Vanish recommendations, I lost 93 lbs and now have a 25-inch waist. Because of the Fat Vanish Program, I not only am far healthier, but I also reversed my most recent health issue of High Blood Pressure, chronic anemia and a high glucose level (Diabetes, With the grace of God, I followed Fat Vanish consistently, and have seen my body go from Flab to Fab!
